What is "vintage kimono"?
“Vintage kimono” is a kimono created by the early 1900s.
All Handmaded by craftsmen one by one and there is no same design in this world.
Those kimonos that ancient painters and weavers have carefully worked out are "art" more than cloth .
Rare and hard to obtain
We select vintage kimonos that have a particularly high artistic quality, and remake them into gowns that can be used as everyday clothes.
Many of them are made of fine silk and are kept in good condition.
Sustainable
Modern artists are carefully crafting gowns, one by one, like breathing new life into vintage kimonos again.
It is our wish to inherit the kimono culture for future generations along with the kimono gown.

From 794 to 1900, kimonos were Japanese everyday clothes.
With a variety of color combinations, patterns and seasonal designs,
people were enjoying fashion at the time .
However, from around 1900, Japanese everyday clothes gradually changed to western style, and in modern times, kimono is worn only on anniversaries and public places.

We are worried about it.
Artistic beauty and historically important, kimono must be inherited by someone.
However, it is difficult for modern people to wear and keep kimono.
Therefore, we remake kimonos into gowns that can be worn on a daily basis, and processed them to withstand washing so that they can be enjoyed nearby.
This gown, which has only one in the world, evokes the pleasure of owning and cherishing things.
It is our wish to inherit the kimono culture for future generations along with the sustainable culture.
